Perth Undergraduate Choral Society is one of Perth's oldest choirs and is dedicated to encouraging the enjoyment and appreciation of choral singing amongst students from all WA Universities and the wider community. The choir performs in a range of styles from Renaissance to contemporary and popular music. The choir's most recent concert, 'Safari Ya Afrika' presented a programme of African music to a capacity audience in Wesley Church.
WA's premier brass ensemble, The Royal Agricultural Society of WA Brass provides music in all styles - from traditional hymns, marches and contest music to light classics, popular and specialty music. The ensemble has commissioned new compositions for brass band and often performs the Western Australian premier of major works. As well as significant exposure to the Western Australian community, the band has toured widely in Australia and overseas.
